    Blogs are becoming a common entry point for online visitors, often outpacing your homepage. Because blogs are updated more frequently and have greater inbound and outbound links, they are often returned higher in niche search engine results. Here are some tips for creating and maintaining a blog.

    1. Share the burden of creating and refreshing blog content by recruiting multiple authors for your blog.
    2. Create a posting schedule and enforce it. (A blog is a like a diet – occassionally you’ll fall off the wagon, but it’s important to dust yourself off and get right back to it.)
    3. Track blog traffic and share the results with your blogging team.
    4. Monitor and respond to comments. You can moderate the comments to delete the irrelevant ones.
    5. Meet quarterly to review your progress, content calendar and recruit new bloggers.
    6. Work with us to promote your blog in print and online.
