    Website: AsherRothMusic.com

Lessons to be learned from this site:
This week’s “site of the week” may seem like an odd choice. A music site featuring over-sized photos of college students and random objects? What does that have to do with marketing professional services? In our line of work, we are constantly looking for new ways to engage viewers and foster personal relationships with brands. Asher Roth’s music site brings his brand to his followers by letting them participate in the site in a very bold way. Concert goers can pick up an Asher Roth business card, photograph themselves or objects with the card and submit their photos to be posted as the homepage of the website. We found this to be a pretty unique way of making a brand’s website all about the viewer instead of all about the brand.

Take a look at your firm’s website. Is it all me, me, me? Viewers want to feel like they are a part of your firm’s brand, not just another visitor reading about the latest attorney that was hired or award your firm won. Take a lesson from Asher Roth and tailor your website to your audience, not just yourself.
